You don't need a significant other to spread love, and yes, while it doesn't need to only be on this day, the impact may just be a bit greater because of it. Think outside the box, and celebrate love in all of its forms.

Stay positive.

comments

If you don't like what someone is saying or doing, contact an admin. If a discussion has been entertained, and you are not satisfied with the results, you are welcome to leave the same way you came in. I, nor any of the other admins are here to babysit. Administrators govern under arbitration, which means we've got the final say. We'll ban as needed, though it shouldn't ever come down to that. We are mature, respectable human beings. Let's demonstrate that.

Promote Positivity
I have a very big zero tolerance policy against negative people. There's already too much in the world that brings us down; we don't need individuals doing the same thing. I respect and understand we all have a difference of opinion, but if it goes beyond a typical "we can't see eye-to-eye" then take it outside of this community. That's why the personal message system was invented.

Swearing: Low Key
Swearing is a demonstration of character, and sometimes can place great emphasis within a story. Overuse or excessive swearing will not be tolerated.

Content: 18 and Under
I've marked this community as viewer discretion advised, as stories and images come in various shapes and sizes. This is absolutely not the place to tell your erotic stories, post nude pictures (without taste), or videos depicting sexual actions.

Images and Videos: Shrink For Bandwidth
I'll permit a post to show one video or image publicly (within reason), but it needs to be shrunk. We live in a day and age where high speed internet access is almost standard, but that doesn't mean it is cheap. For some of us, it will also flag us at work. :) Anything above one image or video needs to be under a cut (see below). The pictures and videos that will be displayed need to be shrunk to a friendly format.

Cuts: Longer Than Three Paragraphs (Rules Excluded)
If your post is longer than three paragraphs (a paragraph being defined as 5-7 sentences), cut it. If you have more than one image or video, cut it. This saves us all from having to scroll through a huge post every time we want to find another post we had seen just a few days ago. Also, when you cut, please be descriptive of what one may find under the cut. Please also identify if it is NSFW (not safe for work), as some of us tend to spend our downtime browsing when we can. :)

Tags: Be Kind -- Reuse Currently Established Tags
Tags can be used quickly if we aren't careful. I don't want to hold you up from posting your entries, however, so I will not be restricting tag usage yet. Please use good sense when creating or using tags. If you are unsure, post your entry without tags and let an admin know, and we'll be happy to check it out for you and tag accordingly.

More to come as I see fit. Rules and regulations subject to change without notice.

comments
